Forgetting Your Password

When logging in to BlueNet, you may, on occasion, forget your password.

To request a new password

1. From the Login window, click Forgot Password.

   

   The Forgot Password window displays.

   

2. Enter your account number, User ID, first name, and last name in the appropriate fields.
3. Click Submit. A new password will be generated and sent to you through e-mail.

   NOTE: If there is no e-mail on file, Support information displays.

4. Once the e-mail is received, click Login from the Forgot Password window.

   

   After logging in with the system-generated password, you will be prompted to create a new password.

   

5. Enter the old password, a new password, and re-enter the new password.

   NOTE: The last three passwords cannot be reused. The new password must be at least 6 characters long and contain three of the following four elements:
   w upper case characters (A-Z)
   w lower case characters (a-z)
   w numbers (0-9)
   w special characters (for example, ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + | ~ - = ` { } [ ] : " ; ' < > ? , .)

6. Click Submit.
