Changing Passwords

Security policies require that a user's password be changed every 90 days. The system will automatically prompt you to do so upon login. However, if you believe that your password has been compromised, you can change your password manually.

To change your password

  1. From the Administration menu, select Change Password.

    ChangePswd

  2. Enter the old password, a new password, and re-enter the new password.

    NOTE: The last three passwords cannot be reused. The new password must be at least 6 characters long and contain three of the following four elements:
    w upper case characters (A-Z)
    w lower case characters (a-z)
    w numbers (0-9)
    w special characters (for example, ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + | ~ - = ` { } [ ] : " ; ' < > ? , .)

  3. Click Submit.
